Ministry: Baptism
Mission: To provide a program of catechesis for parents wanting their children to be baptized. Preparation for the baptism of infants is a "teachable moment" when the parish community can encourage parents to examine the meaning of faith in their lives. In offering catechesis to parents and sponsors, the church shows its love for and eagerness to support them as well as their children.
Membership: Open to all adult members of the Parish.
Activities: Prepare parents and sponsors for the sacrament of baptism. Assist the priest in performing the sacrament of baptism on the first Sunday of February, April, June, August, October and December.
Meetings: 2nd Saturday of Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov. 10:00am to noon
