St. Ambrose Church is located at 4213 Mangum between 43rd and 34^th streets. If you are on 290, heading toward downtown Houston, exit 43^rd street, take a left on 43^rd and go East to Mangum Rd. Take a right on Mangum (the road sign at 43^rd calls it "Randon" – DO NOT CROSS THE RAILROAD TRACKS). We are on the right, about ½ a block from 43rd.

If you are on 290, heading toward Austin, exit Mangum. Take a right on Mangum. When you reach the Conoco gas station, take a left to stay on Mangum (If you do not take this left, the road name will change to "Watonga"). We are on the left about a mile from this jog.
